Offline Word Games ("the app") is made by Dritel Studios LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens with information when you use the app and this website.
Information we collect
None. The app does not send any information to us or to any third party. We have no servers that receive data from the app.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress (puzzles, streaks, stats, coins, badges, settings and the name you choose for your profile) is saved only on your device. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase information is described in Apple's privacy policy.
Game Center
If you choose to sign in to Game Center, your scores and achievements are sent to Apple's Game Center service so they can appear on leaderboards. If you play a Live Duel against another player, your guesses are sent to that player's device through Game Center. This is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we do not receive your Game Center information.
Notifications
If you allow notifications (for example a daily reminder or a streak reminder), they are scheduled on your device. No information is sent anywhere to deliver them. You can turn them off at any time in the app's Settings or in iOS Settings.
Tracking and advertising
The app contains no advertising, does not track you across other apps or websites, and contains no third-party analytics or advertising software.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers, and loads no external fonts or scripts. Like any web server, our hosting may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for a short time for security and to keep the site running. These logs are not used to identify you or shared with anyone.
Your rights
Because we don't collect personal data through the app, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you contact us by email, we use your message only to reply to you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date. If the app ever begins to collect data, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before that happens.
