Licence to use our apps
Our apps are licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies.
In-app purchases
Optional in-app purchases (such as coin and power-up packs) are consumable virtual items with no real-world value. They are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Consumable items are stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the app, except where they can be restored through the App Store.
Acceptable use
Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute our apps or their content, or use them in any unlawful way.
Our content
The apps, puzzles, artwork, logos and this website are owned by Dritel Studios LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. "Dritel Studios" and our logo are our trademarks.
Disclaimer
We work hard to make our games great, but they are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps or website.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we don't collect personal data.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
